Jacqueline Bird

Jacqui has been passionate about physical fitness and wellness for most of her life. She first discovered pilates 10 years ago and quickly began to feel the benefits of practicing such a unique form of exercise.  Pilates helped Jacqui improve core strength, flexibility, posture and correct muscular imbalances.  Pilates helped her become more in tune with her body and as a result has developed a strong mind/body connection which in turn has helped her achieve a strong, lean and more flexible body.   

Jacqui completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (10537NAT) at Pilates ITC (International Training Centre) in Sydney. She returned to Australia after living in Budapest, Copenhagen, Moscow and London for 11 years. Whilst living in London, Jacqui completed her Diploma in Personal training at Fitness Industry Education and is also a qualified group circuit and indoor cycling instructor.  

Jacqui works with a range of clients from corporate, sports professionals, rehab, mums and loves every minute of it!  She very much enjoys the journey with each client and will work closely with you to help achieve your goals so that you will look, feel and move better.
